Moshe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer Tshiamo Group and its subsidiaries. Prior to establishing Tshiamo Group, Moshe worked in mining operations, management consulting and investment banking (Mergers and acquisitions). He had great aspiration of adding value to junior and emerging mining companies by providing high quality and high caliber of services only blue-chip companies receive at competitive costs and Tshiamo Group provided that.
Tshiamo Group further provided Moshe with an opportunity to explore Africa, leading to the expansion of Tshiamo Resources to West Africa with the establishment of Tshiamo Resources Ghana.
Moshe is best known for his expertise in running mining operations, operational improvement, structuring transactions and trading commodities.

Roelf is the Chief Financial Officer of Tshiamo Group and its subsidiaries. Before joining Tshiamo, Roelf fulfilled various roles at blue chip organisations including Vodacom, TransUnion, Uranium One Africa and Anglo American. Roelf spent four years with EY where he completed his articles.
His extensive financial has been critical in shaping and growing the organisation.

Foster is a Metallurgist with over 20 years post-graduate experience in the mining and metallurgical industry. He has well rounded experience which includes but not limited to, operations and production; management, safety and contracts management, Process improvement and optimization, research and development, plant design, sales and marketing, product quality management, commissioning, discard dumps and filter press management.

Colman is a certificated Engineer with mining career spanning over 20 years, He holds a government certificate of competence (GCC mines and works). Colman has extensive experience in equipment maintenance management, coal processing and formulation and implementation of operations turn around strategies.
(LLB (with distinction), HDip Tax, Mining and Prospecting Law Certificate)
Lulu’s career as a legal professional commenced in 2009 wherein she was trained as a candidate attorney in the Tax and Employment Law fields of specialisation. She has worked in the Mining as well as Mergers and Acquisitions space at international law firms.
(B-Tech Degree in Quality Management, National Diploma in Management Services)
Tsholofelo qualified with a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quality Management and a National Diploma in Management Service and Organizational Effectiveness from the University of Johannesburg. Having joined the company in 2020, Tsholofelo has been instrumental in the restructuring of Tshiamo Resources into a Group of Companies, resulting in the establishment of Tshiamo Group of Companies. She also led the establishment of Tshiamo-Edu Drive, an NPO funding educational development (through scholarships & bursaries) of Historical Disadvantaged South Africans.
